Terms of Service

Welcome to LOC: Clash of Titans. By registering for, participating in, or using our services related to the tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, joining our Discord server, or registering a team, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Official Rulebook. These Terms apply to all players, captains, team staff, and spectators.

2. Eligibility

Participation in LOC: Clash of Titans is subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in the Official Rulebook.

• You must be in good standing with Embark Studios and not currently banned from The Finals.
• You must adhere to the regional requirements for the league you are registering for (EU, SA, or NA).
• You must meet the roster requirements (5 players per team).

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the CLX Code of Conduct. Violations may result in disqualification, bans, or forfeiture of prizes.

3.1 Core Principles

• Integrity: Compete honestly.
• Respect: Treat all individuals with dignity.
• Fair Play: Follow the rules.
• Professionalism: Represent yourself and the league responsibly.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will be taken at face value (no “jokes” allowed):

• Cheating: Use of third-party tools, exploits, macros, or unauthorized software.
• Match Manipulation: Collusion, throwing matches, or signal-sharing.
• Toxic Behavior: Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language.
• Gambling: Betting on matches or sharing inside information for betting purposes.
• Impersonation: Playing under a false name or account sharing.

3.3 Enforcement

CLX Administration reserves the right to investigate and impose penalties for any violations, including:

• Warnings
• Point deductions
• Disqualification
• Temporary or permanent bans

4. Intellectual Property

LOC: Clash of Titans is a community-run tournament.

• The Finals and all related assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of Embark Studios and/or Nexon.
• This tournament is not officially endorsed by or affiliated with Embark Studios or Nexon, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• You grant CLX the right to use your team name, logo, and gameplay footage (VoDs) for promotional and broadcast purposes related to the tournament.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOC: Clash of Titans, its organizers (CLX & OPC), and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your participation in the tournament.
• Technical issues, server instability, or game bugs (including those in The Finals).
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Prize pool adjustments or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our Discord server or website. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
